The tent is for 2 persons and is fully equipped.
The rate per night includes the complete tent with breakfast, two boat trips between the mainland (Indian Point) and Gifford Island (10
minutes), equipped kitchen (coffee machine, fridge, barbecue),
bathroom with shower as well as wi-fi.
It is possible to put an extra bed (Queensize) in the living room (up to 2 persons).
The rooms in the main house are also for 4
persons and offer 2 master bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and
hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, living area and outdoor grill and deck area. This rate
also
includes the boat trips as above, as well as wi-fi.
Further boat trips to the mainland can be arranged on site.
All rooms are smoke free.
Minimum stay is 7 days. Our check-in time is between 3 pm - 5 pm, check-out by 10 am or by
arrangement. You will find a little welcome-surprise of Austrian goodies in the fridge!

Summary of the guidelines
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation in the 14 days prior to arrival, the guest pays 50% of the total price. In the event of no-show, guests pay an amount equal to the total price.
Smoking is only allowed in a special area due to fire danger.
We do not accept animals because of the wildlife on the islands.
